What Exactly Is Blueprint to Weight Loss?

Blueprint to Weight Loss is a simple, fast, fun weight loss program that allows the patient and the doctor to have an auto-pilot program with fast, permanent results.

It’s an easy-to-follow weight loss, detoxification and healthy living program that is really effective. In fact, we see people lose between half a pound and a pound of fat per day.

Most weight loss programs out there are great but if you follow up with the participants just three months later, the weight is starting to come back, and the results aren’t permanent. This typically happens because most weight loss programs don’t address the root causes of weight gain and aren’t physician supervised or customized to the specific needs of the client. So, if you want simple, fast and permanent weight loss, you have you to address the root cause of weight gain. That’s why our program doesn’t include pills to swallow or any supplements that you have to continue using after you reach your goal.

What we’ve realized after asking hundreds of patients what they think the root cause of their weight gain may be, we have come to find out that they have no idea. Most of the time we hear things like, they are eating too much and moving too little. We all wish it was that simple!

This program starts off with a seminar/webinar that takes about 45 minutes. There is a video portion of the seminar/webinar, and it will address why some weight loss programs don’t work, what we look at in your body, and why we look at them. After the video, you will have a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Jennifer Prax at which time she will give you a Patient Profile – which will need to be filled out – and a 3-day home test that will give her information on where your body is right now. Upon completion, you will submit both documents and we will set up a time for you to meet with the doctor, either in person or over skype. During that time we will go over your documents and Dr. Prax will prescribe a version of our weight loss program that is specific to you.

If you choose to join us on your weight loss journey, we will have your products shipped to you. We will also send you a short video that will go over everything that comes in your program (however, if you prefer to speak with one of our staff members to go over the products, we would be more than happy to set up a skype time for you). We will instruct you on what, when, and how often to use the nutrients. We will also go over the booklet that we send to you, and we strongly recommend that you read the entire handbook, because it will give you information on what to expect as you are going through your program and how to handle plateaus or cheat days.

Throughout the 30 days, you will have access to a tracking app that will give you 24 hour messaging options to our staff.  You will also be receiving daily emails to help keep you on track including easy and delicious recipes with a little bit of education and inspiration each day.  The education portion of this program is highly important, so please be sure to watch them if you do join us on a program. You can keep track of what you’ve been up to, what you’ve been eating, and so on, all on that site.

If you are in the Charlottesville area, there is also the option to come in once a week for a weigh in/BMI index, and optional Red Light Therapy with Whole Body Vibration Therapy.  If you are unable to come see us in person, we will check in with you weekly to see if you have any questions and how you’re doing on your weight loss. We want nothing more than your success, and will be there with you every step of the way.

Being healthy and losing weight isn’t supposed to be so hard, and we believe that our program will eliminate a lot of the frustration weight loss instills. We even throw in cheat days – and how to fix them – because we know that life doesn’t stop, birthdays, weddings, things always seem to be happening whether we’re watching our weight or not.
